Package Content

Weight Loss Support

• My ‘Weight Loss Support’ package includes one 60 minute initial appointment and one 30 minute review appointment via video conference or telephone.

• The cost of this package is £200.

• I will prepare a dietary analysis prior to this appointment which requires any food diaries to be submitted at least 48 hours prior to this appointment. 

• If a food diary is not submitted before this time the appointment may still go ahead but we will not discuss your food diary and I will not provide you with a dietary analysis at this time. 

• Following your initial appointment you can send me as many email queries as you like. 

• I will respond to you via email once per day. In some circumstances I may not be able to respond in a timely manner and will notify you of this fact as soon as I can. 

• I will email you once per week to ‘check in’ with your progress if I have not already heard from you that week. 

• I may send you resources or links to articles or information I think you will find helpful based on the goals we have discussed. 

• You may book a 30 minute review appointment via video conference or telephone between 2 and 6 weeks after your initial appointment, dependent on my availability.

• If a review appointment is not booked within this time frame it will become forfeit. 

• This package entitles you to a total of eight weeks of support from the date of your initial appointment

Weight Loss Coaching

• My 'Weight Loss Coaching’ package includes one 30 minute review appointment via video conference or telephone. 

• The cost of this package is £100.

• This package is only available to clients who have already completed my ‘Weight Loss Support’ package. 

• Following your review appointment you can send me as many email queries as you like. 

• I will respond to you via email once per day. In some circumstances I may not be able to respond in a timely manner and will notify you of this fact as soon as I can. 

• I will message you once per week via email to ‘check in’ with your progress if I have not already heard from you that week. 

• This package entitles you to a total of four weeks of support from the date of your video/telephone appointment.

• A 20% discount will be applied if you pay for 6 months in advance.  

Scope of practice

As a registered dietitian I am qualified to provide individual guidance and support about dietary choices for supporting health and the management of acute and chronic conditions. I will discuss general recommendations for exercise, sleep, mental health and smoking as these are relevant to my speciality of weight management. I can only provide information on which medications may impact your weight. Any changes, including starting new medications, stopping or changing doses of existing medication or swapping to alternatives will need to be discussed with your GP. 

Method of payment

Payment is accepted via bank transfer. Any payments must be received at least 48 hours prior to any scheduled appointment otherwise these may be cancelled. 

Cancellation policy

At least 24 hours notice must be provided if you need cancel or rearrange an appointment. A cancellation fee of £10 is payable if less than 24 hours notice is received. It is appreciated that in some circumstances, short notice may occasionally be unavoidable and discretion will be exercised where appropriate.

Missed Appointments

If an appointment is missed without prior notice this appointment becomes forfeit. I will try to reorganise any missed appointments with you, but this is at my discretion and dependent on my availability. 

Refunds

You may request a refund if you do not feel my service is right for you. Refunds will be considered on an individual basis.
